By booking and paying for any of our photography sessions through the website dublinphotoshoot.com, you (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) expressly agree to the Terms of Service detailed below. These terms constitute the official agreement between you and Dublin Photoshoot.

1. Bookings, Scheduling, and Payment

• Self-Service Model: For the Dublin Mini Shoot Expedition and Group Photoshoot packages, scheduling is done 100% online. Your chosen time slot will only be officially secured and guaranteed once full payment (100% of the package value) has been confirmed through our integrated platform.

• Custom Services (Bespoke Experience): For tailored projects, custom booking and payment conditions will be sent individually via link or email. The same cancellation rules described below will apply once payment is completed.

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

• Client Modifications: The Client may request to reschedule the photoshoot only once and free of charge, provided notice is given at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled time (subject to calendar availability).

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice, or failure to arrive at the designated date, time, and location (no-show), will result in the forfeiture of the total amount paid, as the slot was locked exclusively for the Client, preventing it from being sold to others.

• Lateness Policy: Because photoshoots follow a strict sequential schedule, any delay caused by the Client will be deducted from the total time of their session. There will be no time extensions or partial refunds for lost time.

3. Weather Conditions (The Dublin “Rain Rule”)

• We know that Ireland has unpredictable weather. Light rain, drizzle, or overcast skies are part of the city’s unique charm and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund. Dublin Photoshoot is fully prepared to shoot under these typical Irish conditions.

• If the official weather forecast indicates severe weather warnings, storms, or heavy torrential downpours that make operating photographic equipment unsafe or compromise everyone’s safety, Dublin Photoshoot will contact you to reschedule free of charge. If no alternative mutually agreeable date can be found due to the Client’s travel itinerary, a full refund will be issued.

4. Copyright, Image Use, and Licensing

• Photographer’s Rights: Dublin Photoshoot retains full copyright ownership of all images captured. In line with standard industry practice, we reserve the right to use the final edited photos in our digital portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials for the service itself.

  • Privacy Note: If the Client prefers to keep their photos 100% private for personal reasons, they must formally notify us in writing before the photoshoot begins.

• Client’s Usage License: Upon receiving the edited photos, the Client is granted a worldwide, perpetual license for strictly personal use. You are free to post them on your social media, print them for your home, share them with family, and use them as you wish.

• Commercial Restriction: Selling the images, sub-licensing them, or using them for commercial purposes (such as brand campaigns, business advertising, or stock photography) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent and a specific commercial contract with the photographer.

5. Curation, Editing, and RAW Files

• Artistic Style: The Client acknowledges and agrees to the visual identity, photography style, and editing tone of Dublin Photoshoot as demonstrated in our portfolio. Disagreements regarding aesthetic preferences for colors, angles, or editing style after delivery will not be accepted.

• RAW Files: Under no circumstances will Dublin Photoshoot deliver unedited, raw files or RAW formats. Photos not selected during the final curation process are permanently deleted. Delivery consists exclusively of the curated, high-resolution edited photos (JPEG format).

6. Delivery and Storage of Photos

• Turnaround Time: The link to the Client’s private digital gallery will be sent within 7 working days after the photoshoot.

• Extra Photos: If the Client wishes to purchase additional images beyond their package limit, they can select and pay progressively directly through the delivery platform, adhering to the rates displayed on the date of purchase.

• Storage Limit: Your online gallery will remain active for download for a period of 3 months (90 days) from the delivery date. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to download and securely back up their files within this timeframe. After this period, files may be permanently removed from our servers.

7. Payment Processing, Security, and Refunds

• Secure Processing: All payments made on this website are processed securely and with end-to-end encryption through certified third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe/PayPal). Dublin Photoshoot does not store, view, or have access to your credit card details or financial information.

• Pricing and Currency: All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and represent the final price of the service at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to alter package prices at any time without prior notice; however, the rate locked at the time of a confirmed payment will always be honored.

• Retention of Processing Fees: If the Client requests a cancellation within the permitted timeframe (more than 72 hours’ notice) and is eligible for a refund, Dublin Photoshoot will process the return of funds. However, the Client acknowledges that credit card processing fees or administrative charges imposed by the payment gateway provider may be non-refundable and could be deducted from the final refunded amount, depending on the processor’s policy.

• System Errors and Overbooking: In rare instances of technical glitches in our online scheduling system (such as duplicate bookings for the same slot or software-driven overbooking), Dublin Photoshoot reserves the right to rectify the error. We will contact you immediately to reschedule the session to a mutually convenient time or issue a 100% full refund, with no further liability or compensation owed to the Client.

• Privacy and GDPR Compliance: By providing your contact information (name, email, and phone number) during the booking process, you authorize Dublin Photoshoot to use this data strictly for service delivery, gallery distribution, and logistics related to your shoot. Your data is protected in accordance with European data protection regulations (GDPR) and will never be shared with or sold to third parties.
